📜 Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using EzPlay ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. EzPlay reserves the right to update these terms at any time.

2. Description of Service

EzPlay is a free, browser-based co-streaming platform that enables multiple streamers to share a single broadcast stage. Features include room management, crew battles, viewer mini-games, and OBS integration. The Service uses peer-to-peer WebRTC connections — video streams are not routed through EzPlay servers.

3. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
• Upload or stream content that violates third-party rights
• Use bots or automated tools to manipulate voting, battles, or leaderboards
• Circumvent rate limits, room caps, or safety features

4. Accounts & Guest Access

You may use EzPlay as a guest without creating an account. If you link a streaming account (Twitch, YouTube, etc.), you are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials. EzPlay stores only OAuth tokens and display names — never passwords.

5. Donations

Donations via the Server Fund are voluntary, non-refundable contributions to support infrastructure costs. Donations do not purchase goods or services. Payment processing is handled by Stripe — EzPlay never stores your card information.

6. Content & Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all content you stream through EzPlay. By using the Service, you grant EzPlay a limited license to display your stream within rooms you join.EzPlay does not record, store, or redistribute your video streams.

7. Limitation of Liability

EzPlay is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for stream quality, connection issues, data loss, or any damages arising from use of the Service. Use at your own risk.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time for violations of these terms or other reasons at our discretion, with or without notice.
